Hi.

I’m Katherine.

I work as a product manager to build products that users need and trust. My skill set is a combination of product management and user research, alongside a strong design acumen and a knack for picking up complex technical issues quickly.

Often, I have worked with users who cannot opt out of a government service and the corresponding products I’ve built. This means that I think more holistically about user needs, the context for a product, key ethical and privacy concerns, how to build trust with users through technology, places for improvement and efficiency in a resource-scarce setting, and where to add features that make the users feel respected and seen.

I recently traveled to all 7 continents, you can read my blog about it! Seeing new places and meeting new people, expanding my understanding of culture and what is normal, and having fun!

I am looking for my next Product Management role. See my work history or LinkedIn for more info.

I care about building empathy for and trust with everyone I work with: users, stakeholders, colleagues, and partners. I intentionally build levity and bring intentionality into the environments I exist.

I deliver product solutions fast using qualitative and quantitative data. With this mindset, I have consistently built products from conceptual ideas to a fully-launched MVP, making a measurable impact.
